Easter Fluff Salad

Serves: 10

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz) can fruit cocktail
  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 (15 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping, thawed
  • 3 cups mini fruit marshmallows
  • marshmallow rabbits, for decorating

Directions

  1. Drain the fruit cocktail over a bowl and reserve ½ cup of the juice.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk the vanilla pudding mix with the reserved ½ cup of juice unti well combined. The mixture will be thick.
  3. Fold in the drained fruit cocktail, oranges, and crushed pineapple until evenly mixed.
  4. Gently fold in the whipped topping until smooth and fluffy.
  5. Stir in the mini fruit marshmallows until fully coated.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  7. If using Peeps, place them on top just before serving.
